Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To make a return, you must show us a receipt or proof of purchase. Please return your purchase to us at our address at the bottom of the page.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. We will also notify you of our decision to approve or reject your refund request. If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain period or number of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account again. Then contact the entity that issued your credit card, as there might be a delay before your refund is officially posted. Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time required before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at .

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, items on sale or with the use of a promo code are not refundable.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace an item if it is defective or damaged. If in this case you want to exchange it for the same item, send us an e-mail to and send us your item:

To return a product you must mail it to our address, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from it. Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.

If you are shipping items over $ 50, you should consider using a delivery service that allows you to track the shipment or purchase delivery insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item if you do not use tracking.
